9W8451 Bucket Teeth — Product Description

This 9W8451 Rock Tip is a stock replacement for J450  rippers in quarry and mine fleets. Every casting is poured in a controlled sand mould, normalised, quenched and tempered, then checked on the pin bore before it is allowed into packing.

Application

Inspection Before Shipment

Every batch is hardness tested and dimensionally audited against the drawing. Photos of the packed goods, carton marks and the HRC report are sent to you before the container leaves the plant.

Packing and Delivery

Tooth tips are individually wrapped and separated by cardboard to protect the cutting edge in transit, packed in bags or cartons depending on size, then palletised and strapped for forklift handling. Custom packing specifications are followed exactly as written.
