Where a  ripper works in mixed ground, the 6I6602 Style Tip covers both penetration and wear. The nose is cast slightly proud of the shank line so the tooth, not the shank, absorbs abrasion, and the body is held at 51-56 HRC through section.

Application

Typical duty: bulk ripping of hard pan, shale, sandstone and blasted limestone; also used as a wear cap on multi-shank rippers where side wear is the main failure mode.

Nose width 70 mm, pin hole 35 mm, unit weight 23.1 kg and overall length 410 mm. Supplied pin and retainer as standard, isothermal quench treatment, 120 pcs per pallet, reference wear life around 400 hours in medium abrasive rock. Lead time 7-15 working days, MOQ 50 pieces.

Inspection Before Shipment
