The 4T4501 is a heavy-duty ripper tooth produced for D10 tractors. It is cast in our own foundry, heat treated in house and checked dimensionally before packing, which gives maintenance crews a consistent wear part instead of a mixed bag of aftermarket tips.

Tooth tips are individually wrapped and separated by cardboard to protect the cutting edge in transit, packed in bags or cartons depending on size, then palletised and strapped for forklift handling. Custom packing specifications are followed exactly as written.
Typical duty: road construction sub-grade ripping, pipeline trench preparation and land clearing, with a good balance between penetration and wear life.
Spectro analysis of the melt, pour temperature log, normalising and tempering cycle record, hardness sampling at three points per batch, dimensional check on the pin hole and nose profile, then visual and shot-blast finish inspection before packing.
