7T3402 Tiger Long Tip— Product Description

Our 7T3402 ripper tooth replaces the original wear tip on  rippers without any change to the shank. Deep penetration geometry, tight dimensional tolerance and a 51-58 HRC hardened body give predictable wear life in quarry and mine duty.

Packing and Delivery

Each tooth is wrapped in anti-rust paper, then packed in export-grade woven bags on a wooden pallet base, or in strong cartons for LCL shipments. Neutral packing is standard; your own carton print, label and pallet marking can be arranged on volume orders.

Heat numbers are stamped or tagged, hardness results recorded per batch and retained for two years, and any claim can be traced back to the melt and treatment cycle that produced the part.
